Coleslaw

Ingredients

Total Yield: 2 serving

Dressing:

  • 5 fl-oz Mayonnaise

  • 1 fl-oz Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar, White Granulated

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground

Coleslaw:

  • 1/2 lb Green Cabbage, chiffonade (cored, outer leaves removed; about 1/4 medium head)

  • 4 oz Carrots, fine julienne

Prep Method

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and sugar, in a large bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add the dressing to the cabbage and mix until well combined. Taste carefully for seasoning adding vinegar, sugar, salt or mayonnaise as required.
