Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tomatoes, diced (1/4" dice, seeds removed. drained)

  • 6 oz Yellow Onion, diced (1/4" dice) (about ½ an onion)

  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno, minced

  • 1 fl-oz Lime, juice

  • 1 oz Cilantro, chopped

  • Salt (as needed)
