1 lb Tomatoes, diced (1/4" dice, seeds removed. drained)
6 oz Yellow Onion, diced (1/4" dice) (about ½ an onion)
1 tbsp Jalapeno, minced
1 fl-oz Lime, juice
1 oz Cilantro, chopped
Salt (as needed)
