Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients

1 head of broccoli
Prep Method
Cut off 2 inches from the stem end and peel the stalks. Separate the florets from the stalks.
Bring an inch of water to a boil, set a steamer basket over the water.
Place the broccoli in the basket, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the broccoli is cooked through but still firm. It should be bright green.
